The Role

As Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and expanding our radiation solutions portfolio across Switzerland. This includes both capital equipment and consumables for applications in:

  • Radiation Therapy

  • Radiology

  • Clinical Quality Assurance

You will work closely with radiation oncology and radiology departments in hospitals and private clinics — presenting solutions, organizing product demos, supporting evaluations, and closing partnerships. Your technical credibility and consultative approach will be key to building lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage customer relationships across your Swiss territory

  • Promote and sell radiation QA systems and other radiation-related products

  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate new leads

  • Organize and support product demonstrations and evaluations on site

  • Prepare quotations, manage negotiations, and close contracts

  • Attend relevant congresses, workshops, and trainings

  • Serve as the link between customers and supplier partners

What You'll Bring
  • Sales experience in a technical or medtech-related field (e.g. radiotherapy, radiology, physics-based systems)

  • Solid understanding of medical physics or strong interest in learning the fundamentals

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across clinical and technical stakeholders

  • Independent, well-organized, and results-oriented working style

  • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (approx. 3–4 days per week)

  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, French, English
