The Role
As Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and expanding our radiation solutions portfolio across Switzerland. This includes both capital equipment and consumables for applications in:
Radiation Therapy
Radiology
Clinical Quality Assurance
You will work closely with radiation oncology and radiology departments in hospitals and private clinics — presenting solutions, organizing product demos, supporting evaluations, and closing partnerships. Your technical credibility and consultative approach will be key to building lasting customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage customer relationships across your Swiss territory
Promote and sell radiation QA systems and other radiation-related products
Identify new sales opportunities and generate new leads
Organize and support product demonstrations and evaluations on site
Prepare quotations, manage negotiations, and close contracts
Attend relevant congresses, workshops, and trainings
Serve as the link between customers and supplier partners
What You'll Bring
Sales experience in a technical or medtech-related field (e.g. radiotherapy, radiology, physics-based systems)
Solid understanding of medical physics or strong interest in learning the fundamentals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across clinical and technical stakeholders
Independent, well-organized, and results-oriented working style
Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (approx. 3–4 days per week)
Fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, French, English
