The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing execution. In this hands-on and high-impact role, you’ll shape how Meditron is perceived by customers, healthcare professionals, and partners across Switzerland.
You will work closely with sales, application specialists, suppliers, and leadership to design and implement campaigns that fuel growth, build brand visibility, and support our mission of improving patient outcomes. From congress planning to content creation and digital marketing – you’ll own it.

What You’ll Do
Digital & Online Marketing
Own and evolve our digital presence to drive visibility and engagement.
Oversee website strategy, UX, SEO, and ongoing content development.
Manage and execute a strategic content calendar, including product launches, congress updates, and customer success stories.
Write high-impact blog posts and storytelling content.
Manage and grow social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Drive lead generation and monitor conversion pipelines across digital platforms.
Offline Marketing
Shape and execute our offline brand strategy to support commercial and field activities.
Maintain and lead our events calendar, including congresses, trainings, and workshops.
Coordinate all aspects of event presence, including contracts, booth design, materials, and logistics.
Represent the company at key industry events and congresses.
Develop compelling marketing collateral, such as flyers, roll-ups, and branded merchandise.
Partner with Sales to create high-quality presentations, visuals, and pitch decks.
Customer Insights & Campaign Performance
Design and implement Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys and structured feedback loops.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs, including lead quality, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics.
Translate customer insights into tactical and strategic improvements.
Support the implementation and optimization of the CRM system to enable advanced segmentation and targeted engagement.
What You'll Bring
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare or even medtech; any experience in ultrasound, radiology, radiotherapy is a plus
Content creation skills – from short social posts to long-form content like blog articles or brochures
Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. CMS, email platforms, social media management tools, basic analytics)
Experience in planning events or managing presence at trade shows
A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Strong collaboration and communication skills – you enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, product, and suppliers
High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and team collaboration
Fluent in 2-3 languages out of English, French, German
